Landbay rate reprice. New rates available on 7th June.
Landbay will be updating its Buy-to-Let products on Tuesday 7th June. To manage our service level commitments, we will not inform intermediaries until tomorrow, when there will be a grace period for existing approved DIPs to be fully submitted, fees paid and applications signed by 5pm on Wednesday 8th June.
As a side note, any application in progress prior to the rate change, will progress at the original rate agreed, whether offered or not.
