Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Landbay Update

Landbay has released an intermediary update. Check their Product Guide or Lending Criteria for further details or visit their Broker Portal. You can access Landbay products, using the Brilliant Solutions direct to lender mortgage club and receive payment on completion.  Contact us for further information. 

Rate Increase

We are increasing rates tonight due to increases in SWAP rates. The new product guide is attached, they will be live tomorrow morning. Selected products will be increasing (65 in total)

  • 2y fixed going up by 25bps (20 products)
  • 5y fixed going up by 20bps (45 products)

The usual process follows – brokers who have products selected in the system will have 48 hours (until midnight Wednesday 9th October) to get cases submitted, fees paid & the application accepted by all applicants. Brokers affected will be contacted by their BDM tomorrow. Wider communication will be sent to brokers tomorrow also.
