Important: Update to our fees
We want to inform you about an important update regarding our fee structure for transferring completion monies to solicitors.
Effective today, we are introducing a flat-rate fee of £12 for this service, which borrowers must pay directly to their solicitor before completion. This fee will be subtracted from the net loan amount, as detailed in the offer document.
This fee applies exclusively to newly offered cases. For any cases you currently have that are post-offer and do not specify a ‘transfer fee’ in the offer document, there will be no additional charge, and the solicitor will receive the full net loan amount. If a post-offer case requires a re-offer, we honour the original fee total from the initial offer.
