Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Landbay Update

Landbay has released an intermediary update. Check their Product Guide or Lending Criteria for further details or visit their Broker Portal. You can access Landbay products, using the Brilliant Solutions direct to lender mortgage club and receive payment on completion.  Contact us for further information. 

Important: Product withdrawal notification

We will be updating our products on Wednesday, 20 April 2022.

You can secure any of our current products by submitting a DiP before 23:59 19/04/22 and ensuring the application is electronically signed with the £150 fee paid by 23:59 22/04/22

 

It is important to note that all outstanding applications on our current or previous product ranges that have not been signed, with the application fee paid, will also be withdrawn at 23:59 22/04/22.

Note that applications submitted for new products from 20/04/22 will be processed as usual.

Please check your pipelines to ensure that your applications are up to date to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience.
