Product Change – Rate Increase
We are increasing rates in our Premier range from midnight tonight. We are also changing our 4x Premier 5-year fixed 70% LTV products to be available for remortgages only.
Brokers will have the usual 48hr period to submit, pay fees & have applicants accept the application in order to secure the rate.
