Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Landbay Update

Landbay has released an intermediary update. Check their Product Guide or Lending Criteria for further details or visit their Broker Portal. You can access Landbay products, using the Brilliant Solutions direct to lender mortgage club and receive payment on completion.  Contact us for further information. 

Product Changes

Landbay will be increasing the pricing on our 5-year Fixed Small HMO/MUFB & Trading Company products.

Current products will be withdrawn at midnight tonight but as always, anybody with a DIP will have until midnight on Tuesday to submit the FMA and keep the lower rate.

Streamlined identity verification process

We are excited to announce a significant improvement to our application process. Starting today, we are implementing automated identity checks as an integral part of our application procedure. 

Here’s what you need to know

Streamlined Identity Verification

All applicants must complete a simple identity verification process using their mobile phone. Upon submission of their application, they will receive an email and a text message with instructions on how to proceed. To complete this process, they must have their identity document (passport or driving licence) readily available.

No more identity document uploads

With this enhancement, there will be no need to upload identity documents during the application process. 

One-time verification for portfolio cases

We will securely store and reuse the identity documents provided during the initial check for portfolio cases. Applicants won’t need to complete the identity check process for multiple applications repeatedly.

Reduced Risk of Impersonation Fraud

Implementing automated identity checks reduces the risk of impersonation fraud for your applicants and Landbay.

Moving forward, we cannot accept scanned identity documents if they are uploaded. All applicants must complete the identity check process using their mobile phones.
