Five-year fixed rate products now available
We’ve introduced a new range of five-year fixed-rate products for standard properties, HMOs and MUFBs. Standard properties benefit from a new variable fee structure, which helps with challenging rental calculations.
Important: Increased application fees
We have recently released new products. At the same time, we’ve increased our application fee to £199 across all products.
To secure the fee (£175) on applications where a product from our previous range has been selected before 23:59 20/10/22, please action all of the following by 23:59 28/10/22:
- You have submitted the full mortgage application
- All applicants have accepted the application form
- The £175 admin fee has been paid
Product Refresh
Changes to product range:
- Return to Whole of Market with 5-year fixed offering and releasing 3 Standard and 2 Small HMO/MUFB 5-year fixed products
- Release 2 new Large HMO/MUFB 2 year fixed products
- New offering of having the ‘same’ product with different combinations of rate and product fee
- Increase admin fee from £175 to £199
Timings
- The old products were pulled Thursday20th at midnight – they are no longer selectable in the broker portal
- Anyone who had selected the product before midnight Thursday, has until midnight Friday 28th of October to submit their application, accept the application form and pay the admin fee to secure the lower admin fee.
