Important update: changes to furlough income
Furlough income will no longer be taken into consideration when calculating affordability for applications submitted on or after today, Monday 1st February 2021.
Full applications submitted prior to this date will continue to be assessed on a case by case basis. All of the latest updates and criteria can be found on our dedicated page here.
Please remember, all new business cases need to be submitted through Mortgage Hub. If you haven’t already completed your set up for Mortgage Hub, you can do so here.
