Helping you say ‘yes’ to green additional borrowing
We’ve introduced a new green additional borrowing range for your Leeds Building Society residential and buy to let clients (not available for Ltd Company Buy to Let). It’s designed to support their home energy efficiency improvements at a lower interest rate than our standard additional borrowing range.
The new range means your clients could borrow more to fund approved improvements such as:
- Solar panels
- Heat pumps
- Windows and doors
- Insulation
- Underfloor heating
- Electric car charging installation
- Low energy lighting
- Smart water tanks
