We’re making some changes to our mortgage range.
Key product updates
Residential 5 year end dates extended to October.
Selected fixed rates increased.
New 60% LTV Interest Only 5 year fixed rate launched.
Selected Buy to Let, Portfolio BTL and Shared Ownership fixed rates withdrawn.
Any applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by midnight Thursday 29 June – see our latest updates for details.
We’re supporting the Mortgage Charter
We’ve signed up to the Mortgage Charter to provide further help for your customers who may be struggling with their mortgage payments
The Charter includes a range of support measures for lenders to put in place to limit the potential effects on homeowners of high inflation and rises in the base rate of interest.
