We’re making some changes to our new lending mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications only.
Key Product Updates
Launch of Reach products.
These products are for mainstream applicants who are applying for more than 75% LTV, and whose credit score means they aren’t eligible for a standard mainstream product but have a ‘decision in principle’ confirming a product from the Reach Mortgage range can be selected.
Standard affordability and lending criteria will still need to be met.
