We’re making some changes to our mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications only.
Key product updates
- End dates extended across our Buy to Let, Holiday Let, Interest Only, and Portfolio Buy to Let ranges.
- £500 cashback added to our Residential 2 year 95% LTV fixed rate at 3.60%.
Any applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by close of business Tuesday 6th July – see our latest updates for details.

Key product updates
Selected Shared Ownership fixed rates reduced up to 0.22% or £500 cashback added.
Interest Only 60% LTV range duplicated for IO part and part applications.
Selected Residential fixed rates reduced up to 0.61%
