We’ve revised a number of rates across our mortgage ranges which will be effective from , Tuesday 6th October.
These changes affect new mortgage applications only.
Key Updates
New Business
- Residential 5 year 85% LTV fixed rate increased by 15bps
- Selected Interest Only and Retirement Interest Only products withdrawn with no replacements.
- Due to the current situation we have made the decision to temporarily withdraw our Right to Buy products.
Valuation Appeals
Our panel of experienced valuers use multiple sources of information to come to the valuation figure and so, after careful consideration and with immediate effect, we will no longer offer the appeal process for property or rental valuations.
