Our latest mortgage product launches and withdrawals update
On Friday 11th December we will be revising a number of rates across our mortgage ranges. These changes affect new customers only.
Please remember, our old system has now been switched off so all new business cases need to be submitted through Mortgage Hub. If you haven’t already completed your set-up for Mortgage Hub, you can do so here.
New Business
- End dates across our Affordable Housing ranges extended until March.
- New Shared Ownership fixed rates launched.
- New 60% LTV and 3 year Residential products launched.
- Selected Residential rates reduced by up to 0.20%.
Applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by 5pm on Thursday 10th December – see our latest updates for details.
