Mortgage Product Updates
We’re making some changes to our new lending and existing customer mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications, new rate switch applications and new additional borrowing applications only.
Key Product Updates – New Lending
- Residential fixed rates increased
- Interest Only & Retirement Interest Only fixed rates increased
- Residential, Interest Only & Retirement Interest Only end dates extended to May
- Selected Holiday Let fixed rates withdrawn
Key Product Updates – Existing Customer
- Selected Residential fixed rates increased
- Selected Interest Only & Retirement Interest Only fixed rates increased
- Residential, Interest Only & Retirement Interest Only end dates extended to May

- Residential fixed rates increased
- Residential end dates extended to May
Products will be withdrawn from the system at midnight on Wednesday 11 February – see our latest updates for details. You’ll be able to apply for any new products from the stated launch date.
