Our latest mortgage product update
We’re making some changes to our mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications only.
Key product updates
Selected 2 year Shared Ownership rates reduced. Additional 85% and 90% products introduced.
New 5 year Free Free Shared Ownership 75% – 95% product range introduced.
Any applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by midnight Thursday 8th December – see our latest updates for details
Our latest mortgage product update

Key product updates
- Rates reduced across Residential, Interest Only and Retirement Interest Only ranges.
- New 2 year Retirement Interest Only fixed rate at 6.15% launched.
- 2 year fixed rates across Residential and Interest Only Ranges moved to March end dates.
- 5 year fixed rates across Interest Only and Retirement Interest Only moved to February end dates
