- Two year BTL, Portfolio BTL, Holiday Let, HMO and Second Home end dates extended to June.
- Five year BTL and PBTL 60% and 70% increased by 0.10%.
- Shared Ownership, First Homes, Right to Buy, Shared Equity and Help to Buy end dates extended to June.
