Launch of Mortgage Hub exclusive products
We would like to remind you that all new business cases should now be submitted through our new Mortgage Hub system, so on Tuesday 17th November we are launching some new Mortgage Hub products. These products will only be available to new customers.

- New 2 Year £1,999 fee fixed rate and 5 Year no fee Mainstream rates launched.
- New Shared Ownership fixed rates launched.

Important update:
LBS Secure Comms will no longer be monitored for Mortgage Hub cases from 24th November, so all documents must be uploaded via the Mortgage Hub portal.
DIPs, part completed applications and pipeline cases on our old system can be progressed as long as there are no changes.
