Mortgage Product Updates
We’re making some changes to our mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications only.
Key product updates
- Selected Residential 95% products reduced by 0.25% and new fee free and £999 fee products launched
- Residential 95% £499 fee products withdrawn
- Selected Shared Ownership 95% products reduced by up to 0.12%
- New Shared Ownership 5yr 90% product launched
Any applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by close of business 21 July 2021 – see our latest updates for details.
