We’re revising a number of rates across our mortgage range. These changes affect new customers only and will be effective from Friday 23rd October.
Key Updates
New Business
- Selected Buy to Let, Portfolio Buy to Let & Holiday Let fixed rates increased by 0.15% with selected fixed rates withdrawn without replacement
- Shared Ownership fixed rates increased by up to 0.35% with selected fixed rates withdrawn without replacement
Applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by 5pm today Thursday 22nd October – see our latest updates product guide for details.
