Mortgage Product Updates
We’re making some changes to our new lending mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications only.
Key Product Updates
Up to 20 bps reductions on selected 95% BS Shared Ownership products.
Up to 17 bps reductions on 2-year 60% LTV Buy to Let and Portfolio Buy to Let products.
Products will be withdrawn from the system at midnight Tuesday 24 September – see our latest updates for details. You’ll be able to apply for any new products from the stated launch date.
