  • 1 applicant needs to be < 85 at the end of the term
  • Investor dominated developments – subject to referral
  • Rental agreements > £100,000 per year considered (subject to referral)

Second charge Mortgages 

  • Loan from £10k – £1million
  • Up to 90% LTV (no restrictions on proximity to commercial or construction)
  • Fee free options available
  • Unlimited overpayments
  • Flexible loan purposes
  • AVMs up to £250k and 85% LTV
  • CCJs and defaults < £300 ignored
