 Important update about your Buy-to-Let deals

As you know, on the 28th April we made changes to our Buy-to-Let offering, which saw interest rates increase across the range. 

We are getting in touch to update you about the status of cases submitted before these rate changes.

All cases submitted up to and including 31 January 2022 – which haven’t yet reached a full mortgage offer – will be honoured at the original rates until the 27th May. 

For cases submitted from 1 February 2022 to 27 April 2022 – that haven’t yet reached a full mortgage offer – these will be honoured until 10 June 2022.

If a deal is not offered by these dates, you will need to select a new rate from our current catalogue for us to continue with the application. 

We encourage you to work closely with your Underwriter and Case Manager to ensure all the necessary information has been submitted correctly. This is the best way for you to get a full mortgage offer before the deadline.
