Buy-to-Let product update
With an expectation of more intervention to come this week, we are acting to continue sustainably offering you and your clients deals they can rely on.
If you currently have deals in the system on our previous rates, here’s what you need to know:
– DIPs – Your full application must be submitted by close of business tomorrow, Wednesday 28th September
– Valuation fees need to be paid by 5pm Thursday 29th September
– Your offers must be issued by Wednesday 12th October
– If you miss these deadlines you will need to select a product from our new catalogue.
Please keep close to your Case Managers to help your applications move through the process smoothly and simply, or contact your local BDM with your next deal.
