In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Our rates are changing

We wanted to give you a heads up that our rates are changing as of 5pm on Tuesday 3rd October:

  • The changes affect our retirement interest only and standard mortgage products
  • We are increasing rates on our 5+5 year fixed and fixed for life products
  • We are reducing our rates on our 2 and 5 year fixed products
  • Please get your applications in by 5pm tomorrow, Tuesday 3rd October. Note the rate is only secured on an application (not a DIP).
