Rate reductions
From tomorrow, Tuesday 3 October, we’re reducing selected rates by up to 0.40%.
This includes rates across our New Business, Switcher, Additional Borrowing and Existing Customers Moving Home product ranges.

Self employed criteria improvements
We’re pleased to announce the following improvements to our self employed criteria. These apply from today, Tuesday 3 October.
- The maximum LTV for self employed applications has been increased to 95%.
- We’ve extended our LTI cap to 5.5 times income.
