The changes apply to all our products.

What’s changing?
RIO:
2 year fix, 5 year fix and Fixed For Life increasing by 0.10% – 0.50%.
10 year fix (and 5+5 year fix) LiveMore1 increasing by 0.10%.
10 year fix (and 5+5 year fix) LiveMore2 – LiveMore4 decreasing by 0.15% – 0.25%
Standard:
2 year fix, 5 year fix increasing by 0.12% – 0.35%.
10 year fix (and 5+5 year fix) LiveMore1 increasing by 0.12% – 0.15%.
10 year fix (and 5+5 year fix) LiveMore2 – LiveMore4 decreasing by 0.05% – 0.15%.
Please note:
Rate changes also apply to Fee Assisted and Fee Assisted Cashback Ranges.
Lifetime Mortgage (Equity Release) rates have not changed in this update.
