Secure rates before they change

Just a quick note to say that we’re increasing some of our rates on Thursday 22 February 2024.

The changes apply to select products from our

• Retirement Interest only mortgages

• Standard mortgages

To secure current rates, you will need to submit your case by 5pm on Wednesday 21 February 2024.

Our rates have changed

We’ve updated our rates today, Thursday 22 February 2024.

Our rates are dropping on LiveMore 3 and 4, and increasing on some LiveMore 1, 2 and 3 products.

As a reminder, our LiveMore 3 product now accepts 100% debt consolidation and borrowers with adverse credit. LiveMore 4 accepts 50% debt consolidation and those with greater adverse credit (such as worst status 3 on mortgage arrears).

Retirement Interest Only (RIO):

2-year fix:

• LiveMore 1 increased by 0.20%, now from 6.93%

• LiveMore 2 increased by 0.20%, now from 7.03%

• LiveMore 3 increased by 0.10%, now from 7.18%

• LiveMore 4 no changes. From 7.43%

5-year fix, 10-year fix, 5+5-year fix and Fixed For Life:

• LiveMore 3 reduced by 0.10%, now from 6.63% for a 5-year fix

• LiveMore 4 reduced by 0.20%, now from 6.88% for a 5-year fix

Standard Interest Only and Standard Capital & Interest:

2-year fix

• LiveMore 1: increased by 0.60%, now from 6.98%

• LiveMore 2: increased by 0.50%, now from 7.03%

• LiveMore 3: increased by 0.30%, now from 7.08%

• LiveMore 4: no changes. From 7.28%

5-year fix

• LiveMore 1: increased by 0.43%, now from 6.08%

• LiveMore 2: increased by 0.10%, now from 6.28%

• LiveMore 3: reduced by 0.10%, now from 6.33%

• LiveMore 4: reduced by 0.30%, now from 6.63%

10-year fix, 5+5 year:

• LiveMore 1: increased by 0.10%, now from 6.13%

• LiveMore 2: no changes. From 6.48%.

• LiveMore 3: reduced by 0.10%, now from 6.63%

• LiveMore 4: reduced by 0.40%, now from 6.83%

Equity Release:

• Rates have reduced by 0.13%, now from 6.59%
