Reduced Rates and Later Life Lending Event
A quick reminder about Monday 8th when we reduced ALL our rates, good news – I hope you agree!
To give you a flavour:
- 2 year fixed rates reduced by 0.71%, now start from 5.98%
- 5 year fixed rates down 0.65%, now from 5.33%
- 10 year fixed rates reduced by 0.42%, now from 5.63%
- Fixed for Life down 0.40%, now from 5.88%
- Lifetime rates reduced by as much as 0.47%, now from 6.13%
Monday 15th, we increased our LVR 5.19 to 5.22% (we review it quarterly in line with SONIA), the latest product guide is on the website as always.
Finally, the Later Life Lending Event on Thursday 25th January, at Bankside, London.
