The company will be closing at early on Tuesday 15th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 16th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

New Product Range and Rate Reduction.

On Tuesday 7th November we will be launching a new range of lifetime mortgage products.

It does not replace our existing Plus range but sits alongside it to offer additional flexibility to customers.

The LV= Lifestyle range will consist of will consist of 4 separate products

    1. Lumpsum Lifestyle
    2. Drawdown Lifestyle
    3. Lumpsum Lifestyle 1% cashback
    4. Drawdown Lifestyle 1% cashback

We’ll also be reducing the rates on our existing Plus range.
