CHANGES TO LEGAL FEE ASSISTED BUY TO LET PRODUCTS
With effect from 5.30pm on Thursday 30th June 2022, we will be replacing our Legal Assist Buy to Let re mortgage only products, with Buy to Let re mortgage only products with an increased cashback of £500. These products will continue to have no valuation fee.
The new products will be available from 9am Friday.
To make sure your customer secures the current product, the case must be at the application submitted status and fully packaged by 5.30pm on Thursday 30 June 2022.
