Great news! We have reduced rates across our HMO and MUFB buy to let products, for applications in both personal and limited company names, effective from today.
So, what’s new?
- 3.59% – 2 year fixed rate, 5% fee
- 4.69% – 5 year fixed rate, 5% fee
- 5.59% – 2 year fixed rate, £1,999 fee
- 5.49% – 5 year fixed rate, £1,999 fee
