CHANGES TO OUR BUY TO LET EXISTING CUSTOMER RANGE
With effect from 5.30pm on Wednesday 23 August 2023, we will be making a pricing change to our Buy to Let existing customer range.
To secure our current products, a mortgage offer must be produced by 5.30pm on Wednesday 23 August 2023. Our Rate Switch mortgage offers are valid for 30 days.
Any case outside of these timeframes will not be accepted.
Full details of our new pricing will be available on sourcing systems and our product guides on the Intermediary website from 9am on Thursday 24 August 2023.

With effect from Thursday 24 August 2023, our Standard Variable Rate will be 8.75% for Residential and 9.25% for Buy to Let mortgages.
