CHANGES TO METRO BANK BUY TO LET PRODUCTS
With effect from 5.30pm on Monday 26 June 2023, we will be withdrawing all new business products and 60% LTV products for existing customers across our Buy to Let Range.
Our 75% LTV products will remain available for all existing customers.
So what does this mean?
To secure our current products, the full application must be submitted and fully packaged by 5.30pm on Monday 26 June 2023.
Any cases outside of these timeframes will not be accepted.
