BUY TO LET PRODUCT WITHDRAWALS
We wanted you to know that we’re withdrawing our existing buy to let product range at 5pm on Wednesday 6 November. A new range of products will be available on our website from 9am on Thursday 7 November.
To secure an application on the current product range you must have submitted your application by 5pm on Wednesday 6 November.
I’ll forward new product literature to you as soon as I have this available. We’re anticipating a move in the Bank of England Base Rate and so rather than send a new version first thing which could be out of date by lunchtime, I’ll wait to determine the outcome of the MPC meeting and provide a version that reflects an accurate Base Rate later in the day.
