We’re committed to giving you as much notice as possible when we need to reprice our products.
Due to the rise in swap rates, we’ll be increasing our 5 year fixed rates and £999 fee 2 year fixed rates as of 5:30pm tomorrow (Wednesday, 20th November).
To benefit from existing rates, any AIP currently in progress should be submitted as a full mortgage application before 5:30pm tomorrow.
