ANNOUNCEMENTS – Updated Foreign National Criteria
With immediate effect, Foreign National applicants can benefit from the following enhanced criteria changes across all Mpowered Mortgages products:
- Foreign national applicants can apply up to 90% Loan-to-value where customers have resided in the country for over 2 years.
- We now accept foreign nationals with less than 2 years residency – up to maximum Loan-to-value of 75%.
- Time left on visa – no minimum time left remaining on visa requirements.
