From tomorrow, Friday 5 September, we’re increasing selected fixed rates by up to 0.20%.
This includes rates across our First Time Buyer, Home Mover, Existing Customers Moving Home and Remortgage products. Plus, our Switcher and Additional Borrowing ranges.
Remember, you can reserve a product without needing to submit a full mortgage application (FMA). You just need to submit a Decision in Principle (DIP), click on ‘Reserve Product’ and follow the prompts. For full details please see our ‘How to reserve a product‘ webpage.
