Rate change
From Thursday 6 January, we’re increasing selected fixed and tracker rates by up to 0.45%.
We’re also making specific changes due to the most recent Bank of England rate change which was announced on the 16 December 2021. Visit our website to see how this affects our Standard and Base Mortgage Rates (SMR and BMR).
And just so you know, we’ll write to affected Tracker, SMR and BMR customers from 11 January confirming their new rate and mortgage payment amount.
