Rate switch cancellation process update
From today, Friday 31 March, we’re making some changes to improve how quickly we can cancel rate switches for you and your clients.
To make it easy for you to request a cancellation, we have set up an email template for you to use. Please ensure you fully complete all the information requested so we can action your request quickly and correctly.
