Improving our rate switch criteria
In support of the Chancellor’s new Mortgage Charter, we’re pleased to confirm we’ll be extending our rate switch window.
So, from Saturday 1 July if your client already has a mortgage with Nationwide, you’ll be able to request a rate switch within 6 months of their product expiring.
Further details will be available on our website from Monday.
