NEW – 90% LTV mortgages and selected rate changes
We’re pleased to confirm that from tomorrow, Tuesday 8 December, house purchase and existing mortgage members looking to move home will now have the same access to 90% LTV mortgages as first time buyers.
Fully gifted deposits
We’ll also once again be accepting fully gifted deposits at 90% LTV, making it easier for clients to take their first step on the housing ladder.

2 Year fixed rate reductions
Plus, from tomorrow, Tuesday 8 December, we’re reducing selected 2 year fixed rates at 85% LTV by 0.15%.
