Improvements to criteria
We’re pleased to announce the following improvements to criteria. These apply from today, Monday 10 October.
Foreign nationals
We now treat applicants who have EU Settlement Scheme pre-settled status as having indefinite leave to remain. This means these applicants no longer need to have more than 2 years 6 months remaining on their visa. This applies to both new and pipeline cases.
Zero hours contract
We’ve updated our zero hours contract criteria to remove the designated employment type list. As well as new cases, this also applies to pipeline cases where the applicant didn’t previously meet our employment type policy.
