Rate changes
From tomorrow, Wednesday 13 November, we’re making changes to selected fixed rates across our product range.
This includes both increases and reductions to rates across our New Business and Existing Customers Moving Home product ranges. Plus, our Switcher and Additional Borrowing ranges.
Existing products must be reserved by 8pm today, Tuesday 12 November.
Remember, you can reserve a product without needing to submit a full mortgage application (FMA). You just need to submit a Decision in Principle (DIP), click on ‘Reserve Product’ and follow the prompts. For full details please see our ‘How to reserve a product‘ webpage.
