Important Information – Mortgage Product Withdrawals
Please be advised that we will be withdrawing the following products from availability COB today:
- 5.20% 2 Year 95% LTV FIIX001
- 4.99% 5 Year 95% LTV FIIX003
No further applications will be permitted as of COB Tuesday 27th February.
Important Information – Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are refreshing our 95% LTV Residential, Government First Home Scheme and Deposit Unlock range. These products will go live on Thursday 29th February.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Fee assisted features on selected products to support those customers who require assistance with costs;
- 10% annual overpayments in addition to £499.99 regular monthly overpayment facility providing flexibility for those customers who are looking to overpay
- Products available for house purchase and re-mortgages
