Important Information – Launch of New Mortgage Products
Please note we will be launching a revised range of new customer products with effect from Thursday 2nd April 2026.
The revised range will include the expansion of our residential products up to 95% LTV, along with refreshed Interest Only, Self Employed (One Year), Affordability Boost, Enhanced Plus and First Step products.
The existing range will therefore be withdrawn with effect from close of business tomorrow (1st April) to illustrations and for existing applications until close of business Thursday (2nd April).
Further replacement products will be announced in due course.
