Important Information – Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are introducing a new range of discounted variable products across our Standard Residential, Interest Only and Large Loan products. These products will go live on Wednesday 3rd July.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Fee assisted features on selected products to support those customers who require assistance with costs;
- 10% annual overpayments in addition to £499.99 regular monthly overpayment facility providing flexibility for those customers who are looking to overpay
In addition to the product launch, the following products will be withdrawn COB Tuesday 2nd July and no further applications will be permitted as of COB Thursday 4th July:
