Product Launch
Newcastle Intermediaries are refreshing the rates on all of our current live products across New Business and Retention, and re-introducing JMSP, Self Employed (One Year) and Government First Homes Scheme products, launching on Friday 7th July 2023.
The key highlights are as follows:
- A range of fee assisted products to support customers who are looking for assistance with costs;
- 10% overpayment facilities across our products, which supports our customers who require the flexibility to make lump sum overpayments. This is in addition to the £499 regular monthly overpayments already permitted;
Please note that the following live products will be withdrawn COB Thursday 6th July, any existing illustrations will be honoured until close of play Friday 7th July.
