Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are refreshing rates across our Shared Ownership, JMSP, Deposit Unlock, Self Employed, Government First Home Scheme, Buy to Let and Self Build products as well as introducing 3 year residential products into the range tomorrow, Wednesday 6th September.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Expansion of Shared Ownership products to include re-mortgage and staircasing;
- Reduction in BTL rates by up to 0.29% alongside the introduction of 1 & 2 year products to complement the existing range;
- Introduction of a competitive range of 3 year fixed rates across all LTV’s and including fee assisted options to support clients who require help with costs
The following products are being withdrawn COB Tuesday 5th September, any existing illustrations will be honoured until close of play Thursday 7th September.
