Important Information – Launch of New Products
We are pleased to confirm that we will be launching a revised range of residential mortgage products with rate reductions of up to 0.32% with effect from Wednesday 14th May.
The key features include:
- 2, 3 and 5 year products across a range of LTV’s up to and including 95%;
- Re-introduction of 60% and 70% LTV products;
- Introduction of £200 cashback on 90% and 95% LTV products assisting customers who require support with costs;
- Free legal fees on selected products at <=80% LTV supporting customers looking to re-mortgage to us ;
- Refreshed range of Affordability Boost products supporting those customers where affordability is a challenge
